Do you have goods weighing more than 1,000 kg or bigger than 4 cbm?
If your goods weigh more than 1000 kg or is over 4m³ you have to book time for unloading/loading of your goods no later than 5 working days before required service. If you have not booked or do not arrive at the time booked there will be a 50 % surcharge on the current price list.
If your goods arrive before the official moving-in or are retrieved after the official moving-out, you will be charged a storage fee according to the current price list.
Note: Please inform your transporter about the above to avoid extra charges.
