Incoming goods are unloaded and received at Goods Inwards. If goods arrive before the official moving-in date they will be placed in storage to ensure construction work for the coming exhibition is not hindered. The cost of this is charged to the exhibitor according to the current price list.
If you are able to co-ordinate your transport during the moving-in period, you can avoid extra storage and handling costs. Once construction work for the exhibition is complete and official moving-in is permitted, the stored/incoming goods are driven into the exhibition hall.
