We can’t think of anything better than meeting other people. Which isn’t happening much these days – in times that are demanding for both individuals and society. We are convinced that we can meet again, if only we work together to take care of each other and keep our distance. With the aid of a number of new safety measures and a meticulously prepared plan, we can open up our meeting place. Slowly but surely, we will relaunch the Swedish economy.
We provide parking for up to 3,000 cars and our opening hours have been adapted to enable you to avoid the rush hour traffic.
We have implemented a number of measures to enhance safety and to create a smooth flow and a secure experience.
With large surface areas, the best possible safety measures and defined flow concepts ready to use, there are excellent conditions in place to maintain distancing.
We have extensive experience of events at Stockholmsmässan, and we know the unique flows of every single event. We will therefore secure and optimize our visitor flows in the best possible way.
Before we open an event, we will have trained our employees.
Keeping the venue clean is always important to us. We have now introduced measures including regular extra cleaning, extra hand-washing facilities and hand sanitizer
Mässrestauranger follows the recommendations of government agencies and adapts to any new guidelines, and also follows the hospitality industry’s Safe to Visit campaign.
A summary of our work processes is available for your peace of mind.
Stockholmsmässan is ISO 20121-certified for Sustainable Event Management, so health and safety are a top priority for us. We have recently been reviewing and enhancing our hygiene requirements and have developed new health and safety procedures in order to meet the challenges posed by Covid-19. We have applied the Swedish strategy; “We keep our distance …”, and we expect each individual to assume personal responsibility. We are following the Swedish Public Health Agency’s Constitution (SLF-FS 2020:12), guidance for businesses and the recommendations issued by the Public Health Agency and the government. Our industry organisation UFI, The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, has drawn up guidelines for safe events, which we are now working to implement in accordance with Stockholmsmässan’s circumstances and the recommendations in force.
